These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the general use of services provided by Ark Telecom (“Ark Telecom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Specific details of each customer’s service, responsibilities, and pricing are defined in the signed service agreement between Ark Telecom and the customer (“Customer” or “you”).
Ark Telecom provides telecommunications and network-related services, including but not limited to voice, data, internet, and messaging solutions. The scope and terms of each service are governed by your signed service agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Terms of Service and your signed agreement, the signed agreement shall take precedence.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By executing a service agreement or using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Billing terms, including rates, fees, taxes, and payment schedules, are outlined in your signed service agreement. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payments and for the security of their account access credentials.
You agree to use Ark Telecom’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the signed service agreement. You may not use our services to transmit or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to interfere with network operations.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Ark Telecom will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of scheduled maintenance or outages in accordance with service level expectations defined in the agreement.
As part of your service agreement, you may receive SMS text messages from Ark Telecom regarding account status, service notifications, support updates, and scheduled maintenance.
By signing the service agreement and providing a mobile number, you consent to receive such automated SMS messages. These messages are strictly transactional and not promotional.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on service conditions.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact srvrequest@arktelecom.com.
Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Additionally, confidentiality and data handling terms specific to your services are outlined in your signed agreement.
Service termination procedures, including notice requirements and early termination fees (if any), are detailed in the signed service agreement. Ark Telecom may suspend or terminate service without prior notice in cases of material breach or violation of law.
Ark Telecom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability limits and indemnity clauses are specified in your signed agreement and apply in full.
Ark Telecom may update these general terms to reflect changes in legal or operational requirements. Changes do not override or alter the terms of your signed service agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.
